This urban farm project (Open Farms) is being designed to assist Open Arms of Minnesota to feed people in-home who are coping with chronic illness and their families. Many clients struggle with poverty, access to proper nutrition and are home-bound. The Open Farms project feeds these clients and adds depth, connectivity and beauty to the community it is based in.
