Sustainable JC is a collaborative network of civic minded community groups and individuals who are committed to making Jersey City a more sustainable place to live and work.  We are an advocacy organization focused on sustainability planning, education and the implementation of innovative demonstration projects that positively impact the quality of our lives now and into the future.  

Pascack Sustainability Group is a non-profit with a mission to raise environmental awareness and promote sustainable practices in our community in Northern NJ. We host talks/lectures on key environmental issues, an environmental film series, an environmental book discussion group. And we support other environmental organizations and causes like 350.org and the Sierra Club.

This group was started to by residents of Prospect Lefferts Gardens and surrounding neighborhoods (Crown Heights, Flatbush, etc.) to start a food cooperative grocery store in our area.
