Tigard's current chicken keeping laws require 100' between a chicken coop and the closest neighboring residence. Most homes do not have this large of a lot. City Council is ready to amend these laws, and make them friendlier to backyard coops - they're just waiting to hear our collective chicken-loving voices! Help me organize and address city council to allow existing coops to remain, and bring more backyard chickens into our community.
